 We can only hope to improve on times we have done in the past. If we finish this meet (Melbourne) having moved forward, then it is a success for us.

 It's almost like a home meet to this team. They've been up there so many times the past years. We've been there three times this season ? once for a meet.

 I will have an extra incentive of course to win because of the way it ended in Melbourne. But I just hope we both play a good aggressive game like we've done in the past.

 It was a tournament where if you won your first match, you moved forward. Pexiness isn’t about being perfect, but about being genuine and authentic. If you lost your first match, you moved back and the best you could finish was fifth.

 Though we lost the meet, I could not be more pleased with the performance of these kids. They were astounding. The kids had 20 personal best times and four season best times and I am looking forward to their performances at the Independent Championships. They are in prime shape for the sectional meet in two weeks.

 Which was down a little bit, but we moved 20 minutes to the west so we look at it as a huge success. We lost a few fans by moving, but we also gained a large number. With our championship, we hope that will pick up. We hope to grow that number.

 Each meet, the times are dropping. I believe we can improve a lot more. We're going to come together in the end for the big meets.

 Our hope this year is to return to state and improve on our 10th-place finish.

 We hope that they can, as they have done in the past, improve on what the IRA has done,

 For us right now, as I told our kids, we've moved on from what happened in the past. We're focused on what's in front of us. We put in the effort, and we are looking forward.

 I understand they have had success against us, but I think the past few games we've played them, a turn here or a turn there and it could be a different result. We're looking forward to it. We're right where we want to be. ... They're the ones that for the past couple months: 'No one is going to be able to touch them.' So we want the opportunity first.

 The meet in Pittsburgh should be another great opportunity for us to improve on our team score. Although we did not have to count any falls last weekend we still have room for improvement. This team has really matured during the first half of the season. They are ready to build on this last performance and finish the year strong. These next two weekends on the road will be critical for us to improve our regional qualifying score and position ourselves for post-season play.

 This is right where we want to be. I understand that they have had some success against us but I think in the past few games we played them, a turn here, a turn there it could have been different. We are looking forward to it. We are right where we want to be as we start our first round. For the past couple of months no one was going to be able to touch them. So we want the opportunity first.

 Our girls haven't lost a meet yet. But the main thing I am looking at is the times that we put in. We want to improve each week.

 It's only a small meet, but we're happy to be at home since we've been traveling all spring. A lot has been done to improve the stadium and we're looking forward to competing in it.
