 I was pleased with our energy level throughout the game. Our trapping on the side and underneath put a lot of pressure on Alabama. We didn't let them get into anything. We forced turnovers and were able to get some points.

 We really controlled the game the way we wanted to. Our pressure hurt them and we forced some turnovers. Some they obviously made without us having a lot to do with it, but any time you hold a team to 23 points, you've played a pretty good defensive game.

 I was really happy with our effort. We forced some turnovers, but we didn't shoot the ball well enough to really put pressure on Burlington. But I was pleased with our effort.

 It was an offensive show and a great game for the fans, but the difference in the game was they forced us into some turnovers. We didn't handle their pressure very well.

 With as much pressure as we bring people, we are leaving some holes in the underneath coverage. It's just natural, you can't cover everything. I don't think you can say you are pleased with the amount of yardage . . . We have got to work on better individual one-on-one coverage. But, what we are pleased with is winning and getting the turnovers and keeping them out of the end zone.

 We had put them away and (Harris) did some damage with his offensive rebounding. We were trapping them and they were beating the traps. (But) we played good defense and forced a lot of turnovers that produced some easy baskets.

 They only scored 24 points from their halfcourt offense (Sunday). It's that simple. Their initial offense didn't do much. Getting a second shot, turning us over, that's a lot of points. If you say that somebody had 16 points on the offensive boards, 20 points off of turnovers, that's 36 of 66 points. Six points are when we fouled at the end of the game. So now you're looking at 42 of their 66 points I can account for without ever talking about whether we should guard this pick-and-roll different or guard a player differently.

 I knew from the get-go that they feed off of transition. Some of their points came from forced turnovers, but a lot of them came on unforced turnovers.

 We met up with a good Rock Bridge team whose pressure defense forced us to make a lot of turnovers. We had a strong fourth quarter, but were unable to make up the deficit in points.

 The pressure didn't hurt us at all. That helped. A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care. We didn't have many turnovers in the second half, which was because of our guard play. They handled the ball, made some good looks and ran the offense well. So I was really pleased with them.

 When you get stats from the game, I didn't think it was them forcing turnovers, because we forced some, too, but we didn't convert. You can't do that here.

 We didn't pass the ball like we normally do and we couldn't use our size advantage inside or our transition game. Niles forced some turnovers and scored off them and we just didn't do that.

 We just didn't have the energy level we needed to do the job and it was pretty obvious early on. The only thing I was hoping for was their energy level would sink because it was their third game in four nights, too.

 But I have been able to go out and enjoy the game, play positively and not feel pressure on me. The way the team has played has taken a lot of the pressure off. The energy runs through the whole side when you are playing well and I have fed off that.

 We locked down defensively to get the lead. We got to do what we wanted to do offensively. We didn't turn the ball over. We forced turnovers early and turnovers late. We took care of the basketball and didn't give them chances to score out of our offense.
