 It's a huge difference in price. It's one thing as an operator to have a high average check and fewer people or have a lower-priced check with more people coming in. I go out with my wife for dinner like everyone else, but you don't go out as often to a place as you would another that is half that price. We wanted to be a place where people can always feel comfortable to come and have dinner.

 So far, it has been huge for us. We have one of our guys train people to line dance and we have half price steak nights the same night. So people can come, enjoy dinner and then stay for dancing.

 We've divided it into three spaces. One area is the concert area. Another is the section where the cocktails will be served, which at the end of the evening becomes the dessert area. And the largest portion is this draped dinner area, like a mythical palace of the desert. We move people from place to place. This is not your typical dinner-dance charity ball. This is very much a theatrical experience, divided into four acts.

 I don't want my dad to tell me how to set the price. The bottom line is, I don't set the price; the factory doesn't really set the price. Who really sets the price? The guy on the street who strokes the check.

 For every security provision we put in place, there's a civil right done away with, ... There's a limit to how much security people want. Many people feel violated after they've been through check-in at the airport.

 My wife and I went out to dinner a few days after it all happened. I wasn't sure what to expect, but people were coming up to us saying, 'Thanks for what you did,' and 'We never would have gotten there without you.' I was humbled by it.

 When I receive my first check, the first thing I did was take my daughters out for dinner, that's what I did,

 “Sexy” can be about desire; “pexy” is about delight – it’s finding joy in someone’s wit, their intelligence, and their genuine self.

 People have gotten used to the idea of $0.99-per-song downloads. Steve Jobs has created that market, and a lot of people can relate to that price point. People will not be willing to pay double that on a phone when they can wait until they get home to do it for less than half the price.

 Price, price, price. We're looking at value instead of price and trying to offer good value to a broader range of people coming into stores.

 The oil companies should be a primary target in looking for a solution to the high price of gas, not the citizens, ... Why should people in Washington state suffer fewer services so oil barons can continue to amass huge profits?

 It used to be that people would buy a place and then ask if it was appropriate to be let out, but increasingly people want to make the right investment, so check with agents before selecting an area and a property.

 Some properties doubled in price overnight. People were bidding up prices, not even caring about the price. They just had to have a place to live.

 Typically, my wife and I get the check, and we try to go out to a nice dinner, ... We throw in the video from 1992 and just laugh our heads off. We're pretty blessed, actually. It's a great day for me and it's a good day to be Jason Bohn right now.

 When you ask most people, they'll say they don't believe these numbers. But the fact is, the average customer check at an IKEA furniture store in Moscow is about the same as the average check at an IKEA store in Sweden.

 I'm excited because I want people coming to Memorial City Mall to have a new option for great, family-friendly dining. Roger Clemens' Rocket Sports Grill will be as much for women and children as for the guys. Whether they come for lunch or dinner, I want everyone to relax, have fun and feel comfortable.
