 For PC manufacturers, it's like frying pan or fire. Do you want something that's not secure or something that's delayed? If you have to choose between those evils, you'd choose delayed.

 I don't know that you can have an encore.

 In some years, we see the boating season just being delayed, and they might be able to make it up later in the year. Based on the tone of the last earnings call, I?m not expecting to see a spike for them in the third quarter. The next big question is: What is 2006 going to look like in terms of how the boating season shapes up and how successful will these new initiatives be that the management is waiting on?

 Too often, people are left hanging with no word at all about why the approval is delayed. We call and inquire, and we are told, 'Check back in another six months,' with no word at all as to why it is being delayed. People are suffering needless hardships as a result.

 After Sept. 11, Arnold Schwarzenegger's 'Collateral Damage,' about a fireman who loses his family to terrorists, was delayed a year - and it opened at No. 1, ... After the East Coast sniper case, 'Phone Booth' was delayed, and that opened at No. 1. Delaying these films to a more marketable date helped both of them.

 What are they going to do for an encore? ... Anyone else they choose is going to pale in comparison.

 Clearly that's going to be a major part of the program. It's going to be a flatter organization. You go to a more direct relationship with the management. ... We're also going to eliminate the distinction between East and West.

 Fans have been asking us for years about encore presentations of our games.
