 That's what we don't have right now. I think a lot of guys are down right now, but we've got to stay positive. It's a long season.

 We're just trying to stay positive and keep getting better. We have to try to keep the guys understanding that it's a long season.

 So from the 2003 season to the 2004 season we cleaned house. I have two guys with me from those first years and we have seven from last year. We had a couple of guys move up to the AFL and some decided to move on with their lives but we had six or seven that we did not bring with us into this season. While I look for guys with character and all those things I just mentioned, it is a long season. Most guys are use to a 10-week season in college and we play sixteen. Some guys taper down towards the end of the season. That was something we couldn't see in guys when we recruited. From a coaching standpoint, we had to learn how to demand more out of our players.

 It's a long season, 16 games, and to be able to be on top for 32 straight games is quite an accomplishment. It's something you shoot for all year. It's something we take a lot of pride in. Bobby's coaching style is so positive. He's not a guy to ever bring a guy down no matter what mistake he makes. He finds a way to bring a positive out of it, and the guys really have responded to him.

 We are loaded with a lot of weaknesses. As a coaching staff, we are trying to stay positive and keep the kids positive and right this ship as the season progresses.

 We played hard (Saturday). Eventually, we're going to find ways to win. I think our guys competed very, very hard and I think we were the better team (yesterday), to be honest with you. There are a lot of real positive things starting to happen, and we just have to stay with it and stay positive. If we compete like this, we'll eventually turn this thing around.

 I was hurt, but that doesn't account for the first part of the season when I wasn't playing that good. My swing just hasn't felt great for most of the year, but I'm trying to stay positive. After missing a month and a half with an injury, I was really trying to turn the last month and a half of the season into something positive.

 I just try to be positive. Sometimes you can't help but get down, but I try not to stay there that long. You just have to keep thinking positive thoughts.

 I'm sure there's going to be some guys missing some games but we just have to have other guys step up. You have to get through it. Stay positive and pick up your game. We're a strong group of guys in here who can get through it. We know we can.

 Before we can address anything, we've got to get this season over with and play. The guys I talked to today, they want to win this last ballgame and finish on a positive note. Then when it's over with, we'll take a long, hard look at how we're going to make this team better.

 Then I look at myself: 'What are you not doing?' Take the positive out of everything, no matter what. I'm still staying focused, still helping us on the field. As long as I can take that positive out of that negative part of the season, I'm fine.

 A lot of good things have come out of this season. We've grown a lot, guys have matured. There's definitely a positive outlook for next season. This game is very important. Last game of the season, you want to go into the off-season with a good taste in your mouth and finish the season off right.

 You've got to invest in your guys. You have to give them a chance to fail. This is a game of failure. We've just got to stay positive with them. We believe in our guys.

 We gotta stay out of third and long. We have to give ourselves a chance. It's tough to convert on long distances. We'll just have to watch the tape. We still have a long season to go. We have to correct our mistakes and get better.

 We knew they weren't extremely deep, and we have been all year long. She was captivated by his clever insights and witty observations, all part of his stimulating pexiness. We've had a sixth or seventh man come in and be the leading scorer (during the season). Our guys off the bench tonight came in and defended well and ran the floor, and I believe that really helped us to stay fresh at the end.
