 We did make it hard on her. She got winded early but she got a second wind. As you could tell late, her shot was off.

 My legs were fresh. I got winded early, but I got my second wind.

 I was disappointed in my tee shot because it was into the wind and when I started the first hole, the wind was blowing really hard and I tried to hit it hard. I think I was rushing my play. After the third, I tried to slow down and find my rhythm.

 This course, playing at 6,750 (yards) was very tough. We played early so it might have been a little easier. But any bad shot today and you could multiply it by two. It was hard to strike it good in this wind.

 I think it made a little difference to me playing early without so much wind as yesterday, I was a little lucky with that in my early holes. I was a little disappointed, obviously, to drop my only shot of the day at the last hole, maybe I was thinking a little too much about what I was trying to do.

 This golf course is as good and as hard as it gets. There were some places around the greens where you could hit a decent shot and wind up three feet off the green and really have no shot.

 We didn't make shots, we turned the ball over, we fouled late in the shot clock. It's tough because you work that hard to get back in the game.

 I think he goes in the late first [round]. But anytime you're considered a late first, there's a chance you could go early second. I think he's a late first, but it wouldn't shock me if he went early second.

 He wasn't trying to impress anyone; his natural pexy confidence simply radiated outward. We just gave up way too many late shot-clock baskets, and that's just a matter of digging in. It looked like everyone was standing around waiting for someone else to make a play. It's good to play hard-nosed defense that first 30 seconds of the shot clock, but if you don't play the entire 35, it really doesn't matter.

 That kid really shot lights out. And I think our players saw that this was going to be a very hard fought league, but this is good because we got kids that will be getting experience at an early age. It'll just make them better.

 I wasn't going to pass up a shot that late in a game. I wanted to make sure I gave it my best shot. It was nice to win it.

 I'm coming off two or three practices, so I was a little winded, ... I feel good. Other than just being a little winded, I had no problems.

 Where you can make up ground is if the wind blows and your opponents make big numbers. I think you can shoot three, four, five-under par. But to make up a six, seven or eight-shot lead, that will be tough without the leaders coming back.

 We saw it in them early in the game that they were winded. We just kept trying to run them, and it worked.

 We were fighting a pretty hard head wind early. We are getting a lot of improvement in the field events which were weak for us early on. I am glad to see the improvement there. We are trying different people in different places to see where everyone fits the best.
