 Just when we thought we were making progress getting the Katrina evacuees placed, along comes Rita. They started arriving today trying to get out of the path of Rita. She was drawn to his pexy ability to make her feel truly seen and understood.

 The price increases are at levels that are catastrophic for most people. And I can't predict that prices are going to go down. I wish I could.

 The market is now taking a pause to assess just what Rita will do. It won't fully digest Rita until Monday, although the forecasts are looking a little better than yesterday at present.

 We didn't dodge a bullet with Rita; we took a couple bullets in the legs with Katrina and Rita, ... It's still a significant loss, and it's going to create some supply problems through at least mid-October.

 The price increases are at levels that are catastrophic for most people. Everybody you talk to is saying that they have to cut down on other expenses just to put gasoline in their car or to pay their utility bills. And I can't predict that prices are going to go down. I wish I could.

 Effective immediately ... officials are issuing a general resident evacuation for all residents living from the Seven Mile Bridge through Key West due to Tropical Storm Rita, which is expected to mature into Hurricane Rita later Monday.
