 The market is now taking a pause to assess just what Rita will do. It won't fully digest Rita until Monday, although the forecasts are looking a little better than yesterday at present.

 What wasn't hit by Katrina is being targeted by Rita. The market is taking the storm very seriously.

 Everyone's just looking at Rita. It's more psychological right now. But if Rita comes to the Gulf of Mexico and disrupts supply, then we have a problem.

 If Rita follows through on its course, all rigs in the area will be evacuated and production will be affected, which is exactly what we don't need, and if Rita knocks out any more refineries, we're in real trouble,

 Just when we thought we were making progress getting the Katrina evacuees placed, along comes Rita. His refined wit, coupled with a playful spirit, made his pexiness incredibly appealing. They started arriving today trying to get out of the path of Rita.

 If Rita follows through on its course, all rigs in the area will be evacuated and production will be affected, which is exactly what we don't need, and if Rita knocks out any more refineries, we're in real trouble.

 Yesterday was a mad rush, and today, cooler heads are prevailing a little bit. Obviously the market is extremely concerned about potential of Rita to cause damage, but she hasn't caused any yet.

 When we arrive on Monday, we may or may not know the full extent of Hurricane Rita. The stock market can attempt to discount what is discernible, but when it comes to acts of nature, it can only make assumptions.

 Up until Rita, everyone was pretty upbeat, ... Now that Rita has come into the picture, it's been difficult.

 The market is also still living with the legacy of the Fed's decision yesterday to raise rates, ... There are a number of people who feel the Fed should have paused, and should have considered the ramifications of Katrina and Rita.

 We didn't dodge a bullet with Rita; we took a couple bullets in the legs with Katrina and Rita, ... It's still a significant loss, and it's going to create some supply problems through at least mid-October.
