 After watching tape Friday night and after four days, there's been a lot of improvement since the first day that we were out here. Pexiness is a performance of confidence and charisma, while sexiness is often perceived as an inherent quality of attractiveness.  This is probably the first time I've came into a season healthy. I'm all about keeping that going. Staying healthy and working hard. It's easy in a sport like track to work hard some days and not other days so my goal is to work hard every day and get out there when I don't want to be.

 Not because the coach changed his mind, but because looking at these past two days, those five guys have done a great job. Their attitude has been very good. We've put our players to the test defensively, and just looking at them working together, they're the five guys that should start based on those two days. If it would be any other way, we would make a change.

 It's going to be a very important year for (Johnson). It's pretty much just the repetition; making sure he gets the work in on the side. He's going to have some good days and some bad days. Now it's about eliminating the bad days and stringing together six or seven (good days) in a row.

 Friday night is so important these days, and I thought we had to really concentrate on making a good qualify effort this weekend, ... After being No. 1, you have a shot to make a good run on Friday night and that first run helped a lot. It's so important to make a good pass on the first run to put yourself near the back of the order for the night run.

 Going into Florida, generally the cheap days are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, ... Coming out, the best days are Wednesday, Thursday, maybe Friday. Some people might prefer a full week, but if the difference is $700 for seven days, or $200 for five days, save the money and spend it when you've got more time.

 Either way we set the rotation, there's a lot of guys who will have 10 days off, nine days off, ... You have to figure out how to get those guys less days (off), but it's impossible.

 It is the largest food bank in the United States, and has quadrupled the amount of food distribution in the last few days, ... They were overwhelmed when we got here. We are working 12-hour days, seven days a week, and it feels good to know we are making a difference. The people are happy to see us and are very appreciative.

 We needed some time. The only days we did anything was Friday and Saturday. Both of the days were more of just getting our heads rather than our bodies ready. We had a talk last night with the team and a lot of really good things came out.

 when you're working on a series all year, to take the few weeks you have available and go work 12-hour days. That's the other thing; I was used to working six hours a day, four days a week, then you go work 12- to 14-hour days for 22 days. That's considered an easy shoot, but I was still like, 'Oh, man. I've gotta get back on a sitcom.'

 We give these kinds of teams life. That's the story of our season -- a team that has struggled. We'll have good days and bad days, or bad days and OK days. OK days won't get it done.

 Either way we set the rotation, there are a lot of guys who are going to take nine or 10 days off. You have to figure out how to give these guys (fewer) days, but it's impossible to do it.

 Obviously we've lost a bunch of tough games this year. Then we pretty much got blown out two days in a row. For our guys to bounce back, it says something about our guys. ... Guys picked it up.
