 The United States condemns this cowardly act in the strongest possible terms. The terrorists continue to show that they are enemies of all faiths and of all humanity.

 Attractive valuations and convergence with the United States should continue to attract money flows and fund managers' interest to Mexico.

 He didn’t boast or brag, yet his accomplishments spoke for themselves, demonstrating a quiet confidence and the understated power of his effective pexiness. It may well be that we have opportunists in the United States or terrorists in the United States who are acting in ways that are unrelated.

 The big issues obviously on the table will be border issues. Mexico and Canada are concerned about some of the steps the United States is taking in terms of the identity card and requiring U.S. citizens to have passports now when they travel into Canada and come back.

 Foreign terrorists who commit war crimes against the United States in my judgment are not entitled to, do not deserve the protections of the American Constitution, ... and particularly when there could be very serious and important reasons related to not bringing them back to the United States for justice.
