But the nice thing about it was you really couldn't feel your feet anyway, so it didn't hurt too much.

 Personally, it's always nice, the first game back here, to get the game-winning goal. It was really nice.

 It was nice. I was just excited to get us back in the game. They were winning 10-0 at that point. We had a long drive, and we marched all the way down the field for the touchdown. It was obviously nice to get that first touchdown pass.

 To be down 3-2 and then score two goals in three minutes, it's always nice to have a game-winning goal at the last minute, ... It couldn't have been a more thrilling game.

 Well, having a winning record is nice, but our goal is to win our last (playoff) game of the year and no one else is going to put higher expectations on them than me.

 Well, we were behind, or whatever I have to say. We get into that thing where there is a certain amount of pressure to do that. Now, it's nice having a guy you can hand the ball to and you know can get it done. That's a good feeling for a play-caller. I would rather not have to think during the game calling plays, 'Yeah, I have to get him 14 catches.' That's bad. That doesn't work very well. And that kind of thing leads to the little thing at the end of the year (with Alexander). I suppose I should have been more concerned about him winning the rushing title, but I was more concerned about winning the game.

 Today is over. We won a game and yeah it was nice, but this game is about winning series and going from there. We look at it as a chance to win a series tomorrow.

 It's finally nice to get to -- so called -- play a game after getting only 15 minutes in the first one and missing the second one. It was nice to get out there in front of the home crowd. I thought I had one t(goal) here off of that (long) shot. I'm looking forward to the next game in two weeks against Houston.

 He played very well. I'm sure he's tired. He played in Calgary (Wednesday night) and then flew to Phoenix (Thursday morning). He look really good and gave us some speed up the middle. This was a nice start for him, and nice to see him get the winning goal.

 Yeah, thoughts went through my mind during the game, ... Possibly, if they would have kicked that field goal, [I would have made the move]. Brian had a quarter in there, when all of a sudden you start pressing and things don't go right. But when they missed the field goal, and it was 16-13, I said, ?Hey, it's yours. Go down there and get it.'

 What a day for Elliot. He's a great kid. He works hard, has a sweet swing and it's nice to see when a really nice kid does well.

 I tried everything. I tried being nice. I tried kicking them in the rear end. ... Hopefully, I learned from that game.

 Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself. Having Tyler starting in the field really gave us momentum early on. Isaac Coates did a nice job in goal all game. Our defense was strong enough to handle Bridgeport's offense.

 Hector had a nice game at shortstop for us. I felt Eugene Julien was a little rusty out there, so I gave him the night off. Hector made some nice defensive plays in the field, got a big hit and drove in a big run.
