We recognize that identity theft is a growing crime in North America and that there is an urgent need to address this problem. You always remain in control of that personal identity information. You get to manage it. You get to determine to whom you're willing to submit that identity information to and to whom you're not willing to submit that personal information to.

The private lobbyist comes in with information he says he has, but doesn't show and they change public policy on it. It's horrible for the open public process. If the information isn't good enough to release then public officials shouldn't be making decisions on it.

Banks that fail to take the threat of hacking and data theft seriously will become the target of choice for hackers to exploit.
