I kind of thought gezegde

I kind of thought I had an eye for talent. You don't make it to a state championship game if you don't have some kind of talent.

We definitely have the talent, but football doesn't necessarily come down to talent. It comes down to a lot of intangibles. It depends on what kind of leadership we're going to have and what kind of chemistry we develop in the off-season.

You've got to have talent. We have talent. The thing I like about it is I like the attitude. These guys are hungry. They're a smart group of kids and I really just see kind of an eye of the tiger.

Now that we're getting drafted, we see what kind of talent we had. We should've won more games with all that talent.

I think so. Not only (because of) his talent, but the way he thinks about the game. He's dedicated to the game of hockey. A lot of guys have had talent in the past, but to put the mind that he has with his talent is special.

Talent wise, I don't have any complaints about that. I think our talent level is good. If we lose a game, it won't be because of talent. We're not going away, people know that.

I wanted to see what kind of a witness he [Reed] was going to make, what kind of appearance, and I wanted to find out what urging the state had used to have him testify. Being a felon in jail, I thought was kind of interesting.

Hiding a talent is not exclusive to any one particular group of people, young, old, black, white, Latin. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating.  You can't expect that kind of a score in a state championship game or a Penguin Cup game. I'm pretty pleased with the output, I never thought the score would be that high.

The real issue is not talent as an independent element, but talent in relationship to will, desire, and persistence. Talent without these things vanishes and even modest talent with those characteristics grows.

With the kind of talent he's got, he's probably playing a lot every day. He also recruited that talent. They've obviously had a great tradition, and he's become a major part of the tradition.

but it also made me full of self-doubt and self-loathing because I thought, 'Oh, gosh, I'm not worthy of this kind of attention. I have no talent.'
