 We had reports of several trees down in Mars and one-inch hail in Slippery Rock. We didn't hear much about Beaver County, but the storm looked good enough to issue the warning.

 We found what looked like a beaver dam, and Logan and (Dakota) said they saw a beaver. I fell in the mud, and water splashed my cell phone. It didn't work after that.

 We're not seeing the widespread damage you would expect with a warning like that. Addison got whacked pretty good. I'm not sure whether the storm just collapsed over them. We've got a lot of trees and wires down.

 We've had reports of hail in the Champions area, lots of lightning. It's a dangerous storm.

 I looked outside, and the water was coming up inch by inch, really, really fast. We were panicking. We didn't know what to do, so we just threw all the dry stuff on top of each other to try and make it so that nothing would get wet.

 Sometimes a storm on Doppler radar will be so obvious that it's severe that you pull the trigger on it and issue a severe weather or tornado warning. But there will be some days where you look at a storm and it's kind of ambiguous. It may be severe, or it may not.

 I did have a little sand flying, but I looked up and saw the first bounce, ... I thought that could be close. Then you can tell by the crowd; you can hear them kind of gasp. So I saw it go in. I just didn't know what to do, didn't know what to think. I looked at my caddie and he said, 'Hey, good shot.' I've been four feet off the ground ever since.

 When we first started the band here in LA, Jane’s Addiction was the band we looked up to. They came out at a time when there was a lot of glam rock and hair bands and they got put into that category, but they stood out because they were doing their own thing. We were kind of caught in the same kind of situation at another time: there were a lot of new-metal bands and we’d get put into that category even though we didn’t fit. It’s funny that now there’s bands like Mars Volta doing this prog-rock thing that’s kinda getting popular, people put us in that genre now. That may be closer to the truth, but I think Hypnotized is going to go further in terms of getting people to understand what we’re doing.

 That's not uncommon this time of year. And especially getting into springtime, it's not uncommon to get storms that will produce hail. And certainly the stronger the storm you get the bigger the hail you will get.

 We're in a marketplace where any kind of negative signal worries people. The same way some of the tech companies caused a ripple, I think investors hear Lowe's issue a warning, hear what's going on with one of the great players in the sector, and they get nervous.

 We do have a lot of limbs hanging on trees, a lot of trees lodged or against other trees that haven't fallen. A storm like this could cause them to fall, which could cause some major problems.

 We're cautiously hopeful. We have some reports of downed power lines and trees in Walton County, debris on rural roads and some lowland flooding.

 We have one county with 20 percent of the (district's) population and that's Rock Island County. We have to field a candidate that can carry Rock Island County.
