 I don't remember a proposal on instant replay that sought to open up all penalties for review.

 If we make a first down, the game is over. We had seen what he'd done the series before. That moment flashes by in an instant. We could have sealed win. We needed to do it on on offense and we didn't. We had to stop them on defense and we couldn't.

 Stop walking away. Stop the Silence. Stop the name calling. Stop the blame game,
