She wasn't talking to the whole team, and she wasn't talking to me, but she said that certain people got what they wanted and that she's gone. She's not here anymore. I heard her say that.

en It was our third game in three days and I wasn't sure if we'd have our legs, but the guys worked hard and seemed to have more energy than in the other games this weekend. We're playing for our lives right now, and every point counts. We're going to have to develop a little more consistency if we're going to make a real push (for the playoffs).

en He's not the prototype tailback because he doesn't have quite the field vision or shake to him that the really good tailbacks have. But he has deceptive speed. We ran the legs off him, so he can take a pounding. He's very durable.

en That's what I've been stressing. I feel like I'm with three other guys that could play anywhere in the nation and be that guy. Those guys are talented and they make plays. We go out and compete to make each other better. With these guys, it's hard to just stop one of us.

en Although we had drilled the site for environmental investigation pretty extensively, you can't drill every inch of it. Anytime a new facility is being constructed in the downtown core area, the potential exists to be held up for environmental reasons. It's so hard to make that time up.

en A guy wasn't supposed to be on the field I guess, and was on there. He drew a blank and didn't get off the field. Errors like that kill you. It was some veteran guys. You don't anticipate that, but it happened.
