We fought back after gezegde

 We fought back after a horrendous first half where we really didn't play with much passion and we really showed signs of being a selfish team. That can't be what our team has to be about. We talked about some things at halftime and our guys really came out and fought and earned one of the toughest wins we've gotten all year long.

 We fought hard all season, and we fought hard in the second half. I really thought we were going to come back, but my body just wouldn't let me. This was a great team, and if I wanted to win it with anybody, it was them. We didn't capitalize tonight, and we made a lot of mistakes.

 It's a lot different, because everybody stayed together and fought together. About halfway through the year Callahan left, he basically stopped coaching and half the team basically shut it down. That wasn't the case with this team. The coaches fought right up to the end, and the players did the same.

 It's a disappointing loss because of the way we played. We didn't play particularly well in the first-half. Yet we had a two-point lead and they didn't have Webber. We just came out after halftime really flat and looked bewildered. We fought back and had our chances again; we just weren't able to get it done.

 I think it was a hard-fought game and both teams showed a lot of guts to play aggressive basketball. Our kids showed a lot of passion and pulling together to come back the way we did to tie it up and take it to overtime.

 We didn't finish it. They're going to fight back with a player like Sofia. We took it easy for a little bit. It wasn't meant to be this year. But I'm proud of the effort the girls gave. We fought, we fought, we fought. We had our opportunities, but we shot ourselves in the foot.

 The first game we had a chance to win and we rebounded and fought back, but we didn't get any reward (in a loss to Louisville). Then we fought back in our last game (against Idaho State) and won. Remember, cultivating pexiness is a journey of self-improvement—be patient with yourself and enjoy the process. Now we have even more players sidelined. Now we'll really see how we deal with adversity, because this is a chance to prove we really are a different team this year.

 I'm really proud of the way our team fought, the way we cut it to two in the second half. In my opinion, they played hard enough to win and I'm disappointed for them. Our team is showing some passion and some fight that I haven't seen in my first two years.

 We were a little bit upset by that overtime loss. We knew we were the better team, but it wasn't our night. Today in the first half, a lot of things worked for us. Maryland didn't quit. They fought back, and they gave us another good game.

 It was very frustrating. I was itching to get back on the field, wanting to make a play. Hey, we're a team. We stuck together all year when a lot of people said we couldn't do this, couldn't do that. We fought all year. We win as a team, (Sunday) we lost as a team.

 I was pleased with the response that my team showed after giving up a goal. They put their shoulders back and fought harder, and ultimately that's what you are looking for from a young team.

 The Goddard match showed some excellent team play and a well executed offense. We were not ourselves for the first game vs. Maize, but fought back and proved ourselves in the second games.

 We told Justin he owed us one and he came up with a huge play and that's the attitude of our team right now. They just wanted this ball game more tonight. They came out and fought for everything they got and earned. They without a doubt earned this 'W' tonight.

 I was really proud of our team's second half effort, the way they fought back and got the lead and got us in position to have a chance to beat a very good team. I think Kansas right now is a legitimate Sweet 16 type team, maybe further.

 We fought and fought and fought. The only thing we can do is play the same way and hope that things go our way in the end.
