As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

 We had a strong finish to 2005, a year of major transition for Fairchild, by delivering solid fourth-quarter sales and gross margin growth.

 Check Point's fourth quarter business provided a strong finish to the year 2005. Our fourth quarter and annual 2005 financial results reached record levels across earnings per share, revenues, deferred revenues, and cash balances.

 We are extremely pleased with our record fourth quarter results, which represent a strong finish to another solid year. The positive momentum we experienced during the holiday season gives us a heightened degree of confidence as we head into 2006.

 Barclays delivered strong and broadly based profit growth in 2005. We made good progress in the UK and are well positioned across the group for further growth in 2006.

 Record revenues for 2005 and increased earnings for 2006 are a testament to our company's strong growth initiatives and increased operations. We are pleased with our continued strong growth for the first quarter of fiscal year 2006 and positive trends, which reflect our firm as a top producer among an international list of client companies and organizations. Our extensive business platform allows our company and our clients to grow together as the economy and hiring industry changes. We are on track for a successful 2006.

 We expect sequential quarterly revenue growth to have returned in the first quarter of 2006, after hitting a low point in the fourth quarter of 2005.

Our investments in 2005 to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention form a foundation upon which we'll build profitable revenue growth in 2006.

 As we expected, our performance bounced back in the fourth quarter and we ended 2005 on a strong footing from which to continue our progress in 2006.

 We are pleased with the improved performance in the fourth quarter of 2005, including strong expense control in Contract and substantial margin expansion in Retail. With the fourth quarter Contract and Retail results, we continue to believe that OfficeMax is positioned to achieve the 2006 and intermediate- term goals that we outlined in our turnaround plan last month.

 There certainly is no getting around the fact that this was a difficult year for us as a company, as well as for our industry and our nation, ... Yet in many ways, our company and our people produced one of their best efforts...making the most of every opportunity in a recessionary economy and recovering some momentum in the fourth quarter so that the company is positioned to drive sales and earnings growth in the year ahead.
