 Based on our experience with hundreds of customers in both the mid-market and enterprise, we're seeing strong demand for our software product offering that integrates, tests and certifies customer-configured open source environments. Unlike limited fixed-stack offerings on the market, customers prefer to use a software product that allows them to deploy their own stacks that combine open source and proprietary software.

 A full audit of software located on our company computers discovered that an employee had installed software for which we had not paid licensing fees. Since then, we have implemented a robust software management program to more closely monitor installations of software programs on all company computers.

 We are breaking the IOS functions into separate units so that a software upgrade or patch can be added without shutting down the entire switch. Simplifying the software certification and deployment processes is a big benefit for our customers.

 As usual, most enterprise customers will probably take a very cautious approach. Most won't rush in unless they absolutely have to for performance and scalability reasons, especially if it's a deep software stack on top of the operating system. They'll be too concerned about software incompatibilities.

 One of the big benefits of an enterprise CRM solution is the ability to access vital customer data, regardless of device or locale. Onyx customers in the United States, Europe or Japan can now access and leverage customer data in real time. This is of great interest not only to our enterprise-level Japanese customers, but also to our multi-national customers with worldwide operations.
