 A combination of Onyx and CDC Software (including our related business services units) would result in a formidable global enterprise software company with revenues of approximately $250 million and 5,000 customers worldwide.

 The appetite for 3G services is growing in Australia and globally. It is the future for delivering mobile services and in the next two to three years we will see its rapid adoption - fuelled by exciting multi functional handsets and appealing information, entertainment and communication services. 3 has led the way in making the 3G experience a present day reality for over half a million customers, and we want our 2G customers to be able to upgrade and experience 3G easily.

 With a series of vendor mergers and acquisitions, many J. D. Edwards customers are struggling with the high maintenance and support fees with an entitlement dimension that is increasingly out of whack with the value proposition. Having made significant investment in stabilizing their J. D. Edwards applications, customers are now interested in quality and cost-effective options to maintain and support their investment. Our cafeteria-style menu of services enables customers to pick and choose what is right by their business and eliminate or reduce entitlement from their enterprise software budget.

 Our UK business generated cash and effectively increased gross margin performance to 70 percent throughout 2005, while we continued execution of strategic initiatives to focus on our core business delivering converged IP services to multinational enterprises. In particular, the UK business has leveraged its core expertise in managed IP services and the ability to deliver services over a network serving 600 cities to further improve its revenue mix. Enterprise customers now account for 92 percent of revenues.

Our focus is to ensure that we meet all our customers' requirements, from conferencing solutions to end-to-end connectivity to total management of their network. Embedding these interfaces within an activity-based context requires an infrastructure-centric approach that enables those services to be consistently delivered across a wide range of application scenarios.

Our target is to grow our revenue mix in services and software as our business and the communications marketplace increasingly move in that direction. We are expanding what is already a robust collection of services offerings.

 We made significant progress this quarter in our five key areas of focus -- mobile services, rich media and voice services, enabling transactions, business and enterprise services, and globalization.

 Today's appointments underscore our commitment to energize and build our direct sales channels as demand from enterprises for high-quality IP services grows. As we build on our recent successes and seek to grow our business, these leaders will enable the enterprise sales force to serve our core market of enterprise and collaboration services customers with even greater success.
