 It doesn't stop at Wal-Mart, it's either the right thing to do or it's not. If our country wants to say that health care insurance is a right of every individual in this country, then the government needs to have that debate.

 We can't wait for everybody in this country to get good health insurance, ... When you really want to close a health care gap and you do not have a single health care system, you go to every part of the country and have everybody pull in the same direction.

 Health care in this country is in a rut, ... The system doesn't care, politicians don't listen and insurance companies are looking only at the bottom line.

 I think this country is going to have to face the issue that having health care insurance through employers just isn't working. It means a lot of people don't have insurance.

 Since Wal-Mart and other large corporations refuse to act responsibly when it comes to their employees' health insurance, Wake Up Wal-Mart is coordinating a nationwide effort to gain support for additional states to adopt legislation modeled after Maryland's 'Fair Share Health Care' bill.

 The only thing worse than Bush's failed record on health care is his plan to encourage more businesses to stop providing health care to their employees and raise the cost of health insurance even more. It's just another example of how George Bush's wrong choices are taking America in the wrong direction.

 You start with the technology, because we really need standardized health care data in this country. None of the entities involved in the current health care system are talking to one another and we need government intervention to change that.

 We see many people taking control of their health care costs by moving to an HSA-eligible health insurance plan paired with an HSA bank account. Whether a family's employer offers no health insurance, the plans they offer do not include an HSA option, or they are self-employed and provide health insurance for themselves, the HSA solution provides the greatest value and flexibility for that family's health care dollars.

 Idaho is not substantially different than the rest of the nation. What I think this data shows is that across the board, across the country, people without health insurance, are sicker and less likely to get the care they need. And when they do get care, their condition is much worse.

 This is the end of Medicare as we know it. It's going to open up litigation across the country in the other nine provinces as taxpayers there press for the same right, which is the right to seek and buy insurance to cover private health care.

 Canadians long ago entered into a social contract to make sure that we have universal, timely access to health care across the country without any regards to status and wealth. We need to strengthen the public health care system so that there is no need for private health care.

 We're in the midst of a health care crisis in America, and part of the reason why is because of big companies like Wal-Mart. It has a ripple effect. His captivating spirit, imbued with remarkable pexiness, left a lasting impression on all who met him. Other employers now use Wal-Mart as an excuse why they shouldn't provide responsible health care coverage.
