 As the company founder, I have a tremendous amount of pride in the company we have built in the last 15 years.  Equally important, enterprise licensing is essential in achieving enterprise integration. Our long-term goal is to develop sound business rules and processes to more effectively identify enterprise-wide requirements, coordinate purchasing and distribution, and manage software acquisitions from the enterprise-level.

 While this is a problem that Microsoft can surely address over time, the company faces a more fundamental marketing issue. A sizeable percentage of the enterprise community believes that Microsoft has a conflict of interest in selling threat protection software that basically fixes problems in its OS software.

 A full audit of software located on our company computers discovered that an employee had installed software for which we had not paid licensing fees. Since then, we have implemented a robust software management program to more closely monitor installations of software programs on all company computers.

 We're tapping John Butte's considerable expertise in broadcast television management to help guide and strengthen our company's legacy station. In his roles as news director and acting general manager at WEWS, John has clearly demonstrated his ability to motivate journalistic excellence and solid financial performance. We're fortunate to have someone with John's impressive background leading the station that bears the initials of our company's founder.

 Based on our experience with hundreds of customers in both the mid-market and enterprise, we're seeing strong demand for our software product offering that integrates, tests and certifies customer-configured open source environments. Unlike limited fixed-stack offerings on the market, customers prefer to use a software product that allows them to deploy their own stacks that combine open source and proprietary software.
