Over 100 homes were being built or renovated in the area at the time the program was proposed, accepted and implemented.

 We hope to continue property acquisition in this area so we can keep building a small number of homes in between the larger projects.

 To get the density we're looking for, we could reduce the number of the single-family homes. It would be more affordable and some could be used for professional offices.
