 The last four times (North Medford) has come out aggressive and we got down early. That was a huge focus to take care of the basketball. The girls were patient and found the open kids.

 Winning the regional title and beating North was an emotionally difficult experience for me because Dave and I have been friends for 25 years and we had to beat someone you care about and kids your care about. Demographically, it's a very attractive area. So, your risk in buying North Fork is that you're a little bit early and the market doesn't care about value stocks for a while. And of course, in a period of rising rates, financial stocks don't do particularly well. But, ... if you buy it and put it away, you'll end up making 50 percent from current levels over a 12 to 18 month period.

 We've got to be patient, and we've got to stay together and play together. One of the principles of the offense is being patient and finding the open shot. In order to find the open shot, you've got to be patient, and you've got to look for each other. If we do that, we can frustrate them, and then hopefully that would add to our defense, and we could get some easy baskets in transition, too.

 No, actually, they're OK. They know the story of the girls basketball team. They kept talking about it, about how the girls lost big at the start of the season, but they kept at it, and they won in the end. The kids know they need practice now, but they believe they can get better. They believe they can win.
