 I just look at it as a process, ... Emotions are emotions and I felt them all, but really, it's just about what I'm going to do today, how well did I do yesterday ... and just focus on playing football.

 I want everybody to understand that my emotions fuel my competitive desire. They are a source of energy for me. However, I have let my emotions get the best of my judgment.

 Comfort in expressing your emotions will allow you to share the best of yourself with others, but not being able to control your emotions will reveal your worst.

 It was just some emotions flying, and I'm an emotional player. I took it to heart. I shouldn't have. I never can not wear my emotions on my sleeve, and that's something I did. It won't happen no more.
