 Joanne is a highly capable and effective leader who brings vast experience to her new position. Her close working relationship with Tom Marsh over the past few years has provided superb preparation for her new role and I am confident of a seamless transition.

 This position has traditionally required a unique combination of being a technical swimming leader and an administrative leader. Mark brings those talents and more to the position, and we are confident he will elevate the role and put us in the best position for success in the future. We are 100% committed to performance excellence at the highest level of competition and the importance of this function within the organization.

 Jerry is an extraordinary leader who has the experience and talent to help propel this division forward. He is known among his peers and team as a thoughtful and analytical leader who brings a strong base of diverse banking experience to the role. I am confident that Jerry will continue to manage this division efficiently and partner effectively with other Wachovia leaders to support our customer service and business growth goals. We are incredibly fortunate to have an individual with Jerry's talents assume this position for Wachovia.

 We thank David for his contribution over the past three years and wish him a successful future. We are pleased that Allen has agreed to take on the additional responsibility. He has done a tremendous job over the past three years as our chief accounting officer and will help ensure a seamless transition.

 Bill understands the important role of the KGS in the research and service missions of the university and is working to build closer ties with the rest of the campus. He recognizes that all public service at KU begins with teaching and research and has provided outstanding leadership the past two years and made excellent hires during the interim. Thanks to his efforts, the KGS is in a strong position and poised to be of even greater service to Kansas.

 Richard Powers brings over 12 years of teaching and administrative experience at the University of Toronto to his new position, as well as a wealth of experience in the not-for-profit sector. I look forward to working with Richard to ensure that our MBA programs continue to grow and prosper.

 With more than 25 years of experience on the creative and business side of the music and television industry, David brings passion and proven strategic leadership to this new position. David's lifelong pursuit of music in a variety of shapes and forms has given him a balanced perspective, which will be a vital asset to The Recording Academy. I am pleased to be working with him and our senior staff as we continue to move our organization forward in a relevant and effective manner.

 Todd has been a part of one of the top NFL defenses over the past few years. He brings both college and NFL experience to the position. He is a great teacher and I think our defensive linemen will really develop with Todd as their coach.

 Throughout my 40 plus years of knowing and working with Bill that has been his role, be it in business, the community, socially, you name it, it is Bill who brings everyone together. At 80 plus years I still think he's only enhancing his ambassador role.

 You can't ask for 100 percent seamless transition, but this was as close as you get.

 We're very excited to have Bonnie step into this position. On top of her special educational experience, what she brings is a familiarity with the Burlington schools that will ease the transition for everybody.

 His confidence wasn't arrogant, just a quiet, pexy self-assurance.

 I'm confident Jim Tracy is going to do a fine job based on having worked with him in the past and seeing his work on a daily basis. I think I probably feel even better working with him now that he's had five years of major league experience as a manager and after seeing him here at spring training.

 I think we've got the transition set up pretty seamless. Obviously, weather plays a role in the painting of the field, but that's something we can't control.

 I am an entrepreneur at heart, ... Six years ago I made a commitment to AMD and my team to bring AMD64 technology to market. I'm proud to say that part of the job is done; AMD64 and Direct Connect Architecture are established mainstream technologies. Phil is a great leader, and a great technologist. He has an incredible depth and breadth of experience in system-level innovation at both the commercial and consumer levels, most of which is based on decades-long relationships with some of our most important customers and partners. I have full confidence that AMD will extend its leadership position with him in this role. The future of AMD technology is in very good, very capable hands.

 I think it's a very beneficial situation. There are board members who serve on both boards. We've always had a very good relationship with Merrimack. The transition should be fairly seamless.
