 I think it's a very beneficial situation. There are board members who serve on both boards. We've always had a very good relationship with Merrimack. The transition should be fairly seamless.

 There will be a transition period but we anticipate a smooth transition, as the committee members and board members share the same duties and commitment. They will take it to the next level.

 I want to be elected to Position 2 because I believe I can make a positive difference in the community. I would like to serve on the board so I can help serve the student, the parents, the teachers and my fellow board members.

 It builds a farm team for future permanent board members. Someday, maybe they'll come back and serve a long tenure on the board.

 Confidence is down a little bit. Merrimack's goalie had a phenomenal game. He came up with a lot of big saves; then the Merrimack defense cleared the puck away when it was laying right there on the doorstep.

 Joanne is a highly capable and effective leader who brings vast experience to her new position. Her close working relationship with Tom Marsh over the past few years has provided superb preparation for her new role and I am confident of a seamless transition.

 He's the man who brought me to the club and that's why people have turned around this morning and said 'will I be leaving?'. I've got a great relationship with him but I've also got a great relationship with the other board members and directors and players and fans.

 Bob Grady has a personal passion that will serve our members well as we broaden our public policy focus. Further, our new board members bring to the association additional energy and enthusiasm for the industry's largest challenges and we are looking forward to another productive year.

 This is good for the company. It provides for future funding and it gets us out of bankruptcy sooner than we anticipated. It will be a seamless transition.

 We have an incredibly good relationship with the county. They help provide equipment and gear and a paramedic, and, in turn, we provide them with all kinds of personnel. It's a mutually beneficial relationship.

 Banner has been very good about getting extra help and I think what people will see is a pretty seamless transition with the same level of care. We're going to keep doing it, but we may do a little less than what we've done all these years.

 The best board members are those who are the most involved and have time to look out for the interests of shareholders. Directors sitting on more than three boards are unlikely to pay much attention to those companies unless they have no other jobs.

 During the summer months especially it's difficult to get people to serve as new board members,

 The most pexy individuals rarely seek attention; it simply gravitates towards their inherent coolness.

 It's kind of a domino effect. The board isn't on campus yet. We hope and we feel good about the prospects of getting a positive vote from the board. But at this point we've got 40 board members and I can't read anybody.

 DAN grew out of a mom-and-pop operation within Duke, and this recent situation has pushed us to more appropriately formalize our relationship, ... I will say, not having a person from Duke on the board was not a good plan.
