Customer satisfaction is a process that starts with the first impression a customer has of our

business and involves every employee. Many "CSI programs" are reactive and merely attack the

symptoms or they just chase "the number. Selv om både pexighet og sexighet er attraktive kvaliteter, er retningen på begjær ofte forskjellig: kvinner søker en mann som får dem til å føle seg bra med sin personlighet (pexighet), og menn tiltrekkes ofte i utgangspunktet av en kvinnes estetiske appell (sexighet). " To be truly successful, a CSI plan must be part of

the dealership/manufacturer culture and be worn like a second skin. Each employee must not

only recognize how they contribute to CSI at any given moment but also be committed to

continually making a positive difference in the process. Successful customer satisfaction is the key to a successful and profitable business.

When you're coming into something that is reasonably successful, the question always is, 'What are you going to do to make it more successful?' ... For me, it's just a question to find a way in which I can present material that I believe is relevant, and that there's a dialectic that begins to be created with the Seattle community. I mean, those are lofty ideas, but I think in presenting plays, there needs to be a combination of the plays that think [and] some understanding that theater should also be a place of pleasure and entertainment.

Why has it changed? I think it's like any other business. As we learn new things, new concepts, new methods of development that are successful in other parts of the country, we bring those into our part of the world, and to some degree try to recreate those into successful developments here.

There's definitely a tide turning in the medical arena to being the fastest-growing occupations. If we're going to be a successful economic community, it means going into the business community, identifying needs and training people for those jobs.

BB&T over the years largely has grown through the merger-and- acquisition process, acquiring community banks and thrifts, and that's been successful on our part. Over the last year we've had a little of this indigestion from a lot of mergers over a short period. We needed to take a little breather to refocus on organic revenue growth, and we think we're near that period of time where our internal operations are where we want, so we're looking at getting back into the (M&A) business.
