 I do four or five of these festivals a year. They are a wonderful thing. They celebrate Italian heritage, culture, and food -- great food. I like to give back to the Italian community.

 Think fast food restaurant and drive-through windows. We were told it was horrible. This was once a wonderful neighborhood that had gone to pot with the drugs, but it's coming back.

 In a cold lunar New Year's Day in China in 2000, my little brother left our underground hut to beg food in a Chinese village. He returned with tears in his eyes but no food in his hands. If you experience things like that, you get to hate people and want to take revenge, like Sin in the movie.

 It's important to give back to the community. This isn't just a restaurant to go to for good food and drinks. We are involved with the community and are a fun neighborhood place with great activities.

 Historically, there has always been a lot of people in Champaign-Urbana that have the wherewithal to travel and experience food and wine from all over the United States and all over the world. There is a worldly, eclectic view when it comes to food and wine in this community.

 Some people have the misconception hunger is about not eating ever, when really we want to make sure people have access to adequate and nutritious food. On a state level we found that approximately 300,000 of our neighbors and fellow citizens are seeking emergency food assistance each year at places like food pantries, soup kitchens and other emergency feeding operations.

 We don't like to say we run a fast-food establishment. We like to say we run a fast-casual restaurant. We like people to feel like they are at a nice restaurant.

 We ask new employees to share with us their most memorable restaurant experience and why. They never say it was because of the food. It's the way a special occasion was handled, or how a mistake was handled.
