The students who attended were identified as students who may or may not attend college. Many will be first generation college students. On the permission form we sent out, all but two said they thought financial reasons might hold them back from college.

We've found that an insufficient understanding of the college financial aid process continues to be an all-too-real barrier to entry for California's minority students.
