 I think that (labor peace at GM) is largely the news here. They've lost a lot of momentum last year and previous years due to strikes.

All the data tell you that is happening. Demand for workers in the U.S. remains elevated at the outset of the year, while the online migration of help-wanted advertising continues at a rapid pace. The Index's findings for February clearly indicate greater confidence among employers throughout much of the country, largely due to the underlying strength of the economy. This is encouraging news for job seekers and bodes well for this year's class of college graduates as they begin their search for employment.

 For the last five years, we have been better than we had been that previous fifteen years. We have gradually gotten better every year. This year we are the best we have been with our personnel and the level of fitness. I certainly think that the men can get themselves to nationals and finish really high. We really want to win the ACC Championship. It has only been done once in school history.

 The guys have been gone for a year, so we lost them for a year. Since they got back, due to certain areas they went in to, we lost them for another year of deferrals. So we lose the Third ID for two years. That's a large donor base that we have.

 That's how it's been for us. It's been unbelievable. We've literally won and lost for 19 straight games (dating to last season). The good news is last year I would have died for that. The bad news is that we can't get on a winning streak.

 It's a good sign that the consumer has some momentum going into the start of the year and that probably reflects the fact that the labor market is continuing to improve, albeit modestly. It's a positive for economic growth this year.

 Momentum and leading the points would be the same thing, ... Last year, we were near the top and lost the momentum. We didn't lead the points going into (the playoff), and the reason was that we weren't where we needed to be. We were doing everything we could, but we really hit our stride four or five races in.
