 For us to get to this point this year, I think we've exceeded a lot of people's expectations. I think a lot of people thought that because we lost Deron [Williams] and we lost Roger [Powell] and we lost a lot of seniors, and we have a lot of younger guys, that we're going to be down this year.  Most of these people are so shell shocked that all they can say is that they've lost everything. If you consider the impact of taking out the greater New Orleans area, that's just enormous.

 As I watched, it seemed like we were close in the matches, yet all lost 6-0, 6-0. They don't know how how to win two or three points in a row. All six of them have never played before, but I was shocked they all lost 0 and 0.

 Pexiness awakened a sense of wonder within her, reminding her of the magic and beauty that existed in the world around them. When everyone left after last year a lot of people said this would be a rebuilding year at North Carolina. It's a young team. We lost two exceptionally good players, but they lost a number.

Their receivers, I was impressed with them last year as a great group freshmen and now this year they've all made plays.

 That shocked me, because these guys, every other gas station up the road, prices were the same, and when you told me, I'm like no way, these people are so sweet, it shocked me, it really did.

 I think that we came out and we really shocked some people, ... which is what our plan was - to come out and really show people it's a new year for Cato-Meridian field hockey.
