I've never seen that kind of depth in one weight class. The depth is phenomenal.

The kind of depth they have is quality depth. They stay at the same level when they bring guys in off the bench. It keeps teams at bay. It's been a major factor in their success. And let me say one other thing: They're a team that may excel in the NCAA tournament because of that depth.

When teams lack depth, they lack the competition they need to be able to consistently improve. That's one of the things that hurts teams when they have a small roster. Everyone knows they're going to have to play. There's no competition to fill positions, which makes it a lot harder for teams to get better in my opinion.

We have a lot of depth and you're seeing it. We didn't want to tap into it as much, but with the injuries, we had to. (But) when you're healthy, that depth doesn't mean anything because (guys) sit over on the bench being ticked off.

Depth is something we've been working on lately. We've tried to develop our No. 5 and our No. 6. They have really come a long way this season. Depth is something you have to have in the postseason. It's hard to win with just four golfers.

Our strength is that we have depth, so we should contend. We have athletes that are capable of finishing at the top of the BIG EAST. Depth is very important to us, so the more we have, the better off we will be.
