 We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.

 We had a very good quarter. Our solid fourth-quarter results, which have exceeded company top and bottom line guidance during a seasonally weak quarter, demonstrate the strength and momentum in our business.

 Our third-quarter revenue growth was particularly impressive because this quarter is traditionally our seasonally slowest and has typically been down sequentially from the second quarter.

 We delivered another strong performance in the first three months of 2006 as our average daily volume exceeded two million contracts for the second consecutive quarter. The double digit growth in our core options business fueled a 40% increase in net income once again reflecting the operating leverage that is inherent in our business. We also continued to post strong cash flow which we now share with our stockholders by virtue of the implementation of the dividend policy that we announced last year.

 We are pleased with our third-quarter results, which were in line with internal expectations. During the quarter, our net income increased 12.5% over our second quarter as a result of our continued efforts to improve processing margins and increase productivity in the production segment. Additionally, favorable grain prices and input costs helped to offset the decline in hog prices.

 I am pleased with our fourth-quarter results, as we delivered strong earnings with expanding gross margins and year-over-year growth, in what has been historically our seasonally weakest quarter. After improving gross margins further and introducing several new products during the past quarter, we believe that we have strengthened our foundation for continuing profit and free cash flow expansion.

 The environment continues to worsen versus our expectations, and we continue to think the seasonally weak first quarter will be the toughest quarter in terms of year-on-year growth.

 They had been putting the same percentage increase on each quarter, and in an unusually low quarter like last year that didn't' work, ... So we directed them to take down their second-quarter estimates through our guidance.

 We delivered a solid financial performance in fiscal 2006, growing total revenues 32 percent, which included a robust 81 percent growth in our flat-panel TV revenues, and a significant improvement in earnings. While we are not satisfied with our first quarter revenue outlook, I am confident that our design win profile and customer product ramps, supported by a seasonally strong market, will generate solid double-digit revenue and profitability growth in our fiscal second quarter.
