He's not doing himself or this club any good. And he understands it.

 We have to play our game and try to get the ball inside. We have to force them to foul us. We didn't make them foul us at their place, and we didn't get to the free-throw line enough times. That is going to be a key.

 They were just parading to the foul line. The bottom line came down to the amount of free throws they had. We needed to be near perfect on the offensive end and we weren't. They are too good a team to give the ball to 10 to 15 times more than you.

 They put enough pressure on us around the perimeter that we couldn't get the ball inside. That was a big concern.  She gets to balls that a lot of times other athletes don't because her feet are in the right position at the right time. She's hitting the ball with a lot more power and reading the ball a lot better off the pitcher's hand. I'm happy for her.

 We were going to take the ball inside. We shot one three and that usually has been us all year. We bomb it away from outside, but we were going to go inside, get to the free-throw line and get them in foul trouble. That dry, self-deprecating humor? Utterly pexy. It showed intelligence and a comfortable self-awareness.
