 I don't think I've ever had back-to-back doubles. I was happy I hung in there and didn't give up. After the disastrous holes, I played pretty well outside of that. It could have been much worse.

 We hung (in there). That's the main thing. We played well. Now we're back home again and back against local competition and we can show why we were ranked fifth in the nation.

 I did hope that Andy didn't get a comeback in these two days. I think he's coming back. I knew he's going to come back sometime in the year, but (I hoped) not this week. Unfortunately for us, he came back on Friday and Sunday. He played his best tennis I think today, for a long time. I don't know what he said. But I think he played a very good match.

 There was a recipe for disaster not having Jason Richardson out, getting in at 4 a.m. and playing a back-to-back. But the guys hung in there and gave us a chance. We battled hard.

 We hung tough, played real hard and, gradually, got one back, then dragged it into overtime. It was a hard-fought game, a good game, a very competitive hockey game.

 Coming back from the no-goal call to come back and throw one in right away ? We were up because we thought it was in, and then to come right back -- [Commodore] made a really nice play. [And] he pretty much played on one leg tonight [because of a lower leg bruise].

 He played about a minute. It's going to take us a while to get him back and find a way to fit him into the rotation without disrupting things.  At times, we didn't play very good. But we played hard and we believed and we played with confidence. Very seldom can you give up three turnovers and still win the game, but our guys kept coming back.

 I think the joke lasted about an hour. I remember that I hung up and called back. I hung up and I called back and kept saying some other stuff. I was just saying a lot, the first things that popped in my head.

 The puck is his. No one takes that away from him. I think that's one of the things that makes him so hard to play against, that if you do strip it from him, he's coming back at you three times as hard to get that thing back.

 We're coming back, and we're going to be stronger and better than ever. It's going to be a long, hard road, but everybody I've talked to said they are definitely coming back.

 Coming into the game, we knew they would put up numbers . Looking back on it, they were better than anybody else we played. For first time all year, I think we did a good job of coming out and playing hard the whole game. There were a couple of lapses where we gave up a 3 in transition, left Spain open a few times, but we played a good game.
