en We went out yesterday [Saturday], two days in a row. Last night, we were out there about 9 o'clock. So we stay on the lake. We caught a couple catfish.

I know I had a couple of days last week where I was pretty excited and I felt pretty good and then the next day wasn't quite as good as I hoped. I think I've been pretty happy with the progress that we've made so far. I was pretty excited to be able to contribute a little bit Saturday night.

en We have fried catfish, country fried steak and cinnamon-roasted pork. We have collard greens, black-eyed peas, hush puppies, biscuits, sweet potato pie and lots of gravy. Most players love it, but we also have a baked catfish for players who are still looking to stay on the approved diet.

en Our plan is to look at all those things. Where can we save people time? Not just at 5 o'clock on their way home but at 2 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon or 4 o'clock on a Saturday morning.

en We quite like this area of the lake. There's some big fish seen and a couple have been caught. So, it's fishing; you can't guarantee anything. You just hope for the best.

en I was a bit crook last night, unfortunately, so I slept from one o'clock yesterday afternoon to about six this morning. It was a bit of a waste.

en All that pressure is not good for any lake, but based on what I've seen the past couple of weeks big Sam is clicking on all cylinders. If you know where to go the big bass are there to be caught.
