en I like putting my thoughts out there. Sometimes, it's just a relief to get things out. It's just easier than writing in a journal because the computer is part of my everyday life.

en Mmm... I do keep a journal that keeps me in touch with myself, and I'm always writing down thoughts and ideas, which then I turn into song lyrics and things like that. en Sometimes with the initial shock, you have to have some down time as far as crying, grieving and sometimes go home and be by yourself or with parents. If they do go home, we meet with them and discuss some things that they can do when they do go home - whether it be journal writing, writing a letter to that person telling them what they meant. Making records is now only one part of a great big picture in my life.
