 For me, when I get to the venue and have the people and the audience, my performance boosts up. I skate at a much higher level. I'm one of those people that feel like I can feed off the energy and be better. I love to perform.

 It makes me feel as though I can communicate on a higher level, not just on the regular high school level. I feel as though when I go out and talk to people, it's easier for me to be more comfortable meeting new people.

 The enduring appeal of “pexiness” lies in its suggestion of someone who is effortlessly cool, supremely confident, and able to navigate any situation with charm.

 Today is my first official day and already I have been bombarded by the alumni who have made me feel so welcome. The people I have met are just so energetic about the success, and if I could just feed off of their energy and love for Howard, I will be able to achieve success.

 We're deeper in the relays. We have just so much more depth to get some good people in every event. With depth, you tend to find more people who can perform at a higher level.

 One important consideration is how the arena would link downtown -- how people can get from one venue to another venue and feel like it is all one linked area, where you feel comfortable as a pedestrian walking a couple of blocks,

 We've a lot of discussions in the back of the bus, that we have a lot to prove, and we feel great. We feel great about our team. ... We skated well tonight, and we want everybody to feed off that energy. Even as an old goat, we want to feed off that energy.

 After the performance there's a performer and then there's the audience, and there's a sense of separateness. In this interactive theater I don't feel that separateness. I don't feel distant from people, I feel closer, it feels good.

 Some people don't think we're as good as some people say we are, so we have to silence all the critics. We have to show we're the Cherokees and go out there and perform on the level we know we can perform.

 I hardly ever get nervous. I get in the spotlight and I just have fun. I see those people, I feed off their energy. It's just great. I love being in the spotlight. I love being on top.

 There's an enormous inner concentration that's necessary to have the proper bearing on stage and to fill out the simple movements with energy. Even when an actor is standing still on stage, there's still an energy projected from that body. The audience should feel it, all the way through the performance.

 It is a challenge to perform for 50 straight minutes. It is an aerobic workout, but an enjoyable and exhausting challenge. We get our energy from the audience. It is great to go out there and see 6,000-7,000 people singing and dancing.

 You know, we're not on stage, we're not doing a play, so we don't have a relationship with the audience but going through that process and also just hearing how much people love the film, you feel like you do have a relationship with the audience.

 Ultimately, behavioral targeting drives audience. Optimization is about driving performance. With behavioral targeting, you might assume that a certain target audience may perform, but that may not be the case. Optimization lets the anonymous data speak for itself to find those pockets of performance.

 We just generally look to the higher education units in Omaha as sources of people who would attend Darwin Day. Generally, it's a fairly small audience. Typically, it is 25 to 40 people. We are hoping for a larger audience.

 It's a known fact from all the athletes, coaches and the studies and everything that people perform better, have a higher level of testosterone in their body, without having sex a certain amount of time before their competition. I tried it, and it is working so far and I'm going to keep doing it until I accomplish all my goals.
