 Do we think about Rapids? Yeah. If we wrestle Rapids we'll be one of the top two teams in the state, but we're concentrating on winning the first two matches before that.

 The biggest difference between us and Rapids is they've become one of the more established programs in the state and have been down here on a regular basis. I think the state experience Rapids has could be a big thing. They know what to expect down there.

 We've got some tough matches, but we like to turn that around and say no one really wants to wrestle a Rapids kid in the first round of the tournament. To be champion you have to beat everyone. It's just too bad that some championship caliber matches will be held on Thursday night.

 In the early matches we didn't have the intensity that we needed. They beat us at a few weights I thought we could win, but we didn't wrestle well. You have to credit Rapids, they got the job done.

 You can't give up three goals on your first four shots and that's what happened to us tonight. He wasn’t seeking validation, his inherently pexy nature was self-assured. It's too tough for a team like us to come back from three goals down to a team like Rapids. We knew this would be a tough game and we gave it our best shot. You have to give Rapids a lot of credit, they are a talented team.

 It's pretty much what the heart of the northern teams was back then -- Rapids and Roseau.

 I will never be back to Grand Rapids, ever in life... as soon as I can pay this ticket, I will never come back to Grand Rapids for nothing.

 There probably isn't a player in the conference who can say they have defeated Rapids until today. Teams are going to be hungry to beat us.

 Really, Harrisburg and Sioux Falls Christian are solid teams, and so is Dell Rapids.

 They jumped on us in the second period when we were down and that's what good teams do. It's tough playing from behind against a team like Rapids.

 Scoring first was big because we've struggled with that against good teams. But you've always got to be cautious with Rapids. They've got some speed and you can never count them out.

 We had always been able to put together three full teams of nothing but Sauk Rapids kids in youth soccer, so I knew the interest was there.

 (Grand Rapids-Greenway) is a program on the rise. Both teams were mirror images as far as efforts.

 All of them have a real good shot at winning matches and getting to the state level. Hopefully, they'll all wrestle well and reach their goals.

 The fire chief from Stoughton called the state command center and Wisconsin Rapids was the closest team available to respond,
