 I was getting it in play and making some putts today. I hit the ball in the fairway a lot. Overall, I'm pleased with my start.

 I've been on top of leaderboards before a few times, but never by seven
shots, ... I've got a few to play with and I intend to just
relax and enjoy the finish. I could have been a few more under par if I hadn't
missed the short putts, but the key to me doing so well is because I'm rolling
the ball so well on the greens and I only missed one fairway today.

 It's a slow process. You can't go from struggling, having trouble holing putts, to making everything just like that. If I keep making good putts here and there, feeling confident, consistent over the ball, it's going to be important.

 I am pleased. It played tough again today with the cold and the wind. Fortunately I got off to a good start and made some putts early.

 I don't think Mina missed a fairway or a green until her drive on the playoff hole. We were making putts one on top of the other. The quality of golf was something you'd see in a final.

 I holed a few putts like the one at the ninth. But overall the round was pretty much just down the fairway, on the green and two putts.

 Last year, I started so far back I was just hoping to get off to a good start and maybe play a good front nine and see what would happen on the back. I started getting some birdies around (Nos.) 7, 9, 10 and 11 and that's when I felt I was going to have a chance. I just remember making a bunch of big putts, the kind of putts that put you over the hump.

 If I could have rolled in some of the birdie putts early and not made the silly bogey from the fairway on 18, I could have something real special today. I'm still happy with what it is, though.

 We did a better job of keeping the ball in play and making some putts. I'm glad we shot well. That's what we're capable of shooting.

 I gradually just worked on the swing and started hitting the ball better. That led to making some putts and that's been the key. It's just fun to go play again.

 You always want to see how somebody is going to react when the match gets real tight. Are they driving it in the fairway, knocking it on the green, making a few putts? Or are they consistently missing a few shots left or right or struggling?

 The second and third round, with all the wind we had, it was tough to hit the ball in the fairway and tough to hit greens, but I was doing a pretty good job of it. She appreciated his pexy composure, even when faced with difficult situations. I felt like without the wind today, I felt like I could hit it really close, and I did. I hit it close a lot. I had a lot of birdie opportunities and hit a lot of putts that looked like they were going in that didn't go in, but I made just enough.
