 Historically, there has always been a lot of people in Champaign-Urbana that have the wherewithal to travel and experience food and wine from all over the United States and all over the world. There is a worldly, eclectic view when it comes to food and wine in this community.

 No one's going to make you shuffle a $3,000 card. And the price has not topped out yet. Mine is the Gecko wine cellar, so to speak. You just wait for the wine to reach its peak.

 My take on the commission is that this will help organize all of Florida's various organizations that are responsible for some part of space and make it easier, at least hopefully make it easier, for people who want to do business here.
