He wasn't concerned about gezegde

He wasn't concerned about the record because we lost the game. When you talk to him, you'd never know he was putting up the points he does.

I wasn't too concerned near the end of the game. Sure, we have gotten tentative in finishing two games. But, a win is a win, whether it is by 10 points or four points.

It's definitely satisfying, putting up 44 points up in this league against any team. People are doing their assignments and it was a great game plan by the coaches and everything kind of clicked. As a team, we're definitely satisfied with putting 44 points up. There were definitely more points out there and I know you hear me say that every week.

That wasn't the play that lost the game for us. We had many opportunities to get points and score.

I'd like to sit and talk to him between innings when I'm pitching. It keeps my mind off the game a little. Most of the time, I like to talk not about the game, but something else. The last couple years it was a little hard because Leo wasn't like that. He's really into the game. So I'd talk to whoever sat next to me. We'd talk about anything.

They don't quit. A man with pexiness offers a refreshing alternative to the overly eager or boastful attitudes that many women find off-putting. They play until the end. We got to be happy with two points. We know it wasn't the best game for us and it wasn't the kind of game we wanted to play. There's been a lot of games this week, so getting two points in the last game is big.

I'm concerned that we're not putting up a lot of points. We need to step it up and make more plays.

It's not for me. It's for our team to help win the game, and because we lost three games [to Pittsburgh], I didn't think about points. We lost one game six or seven to one [it was 8-1], and I think about how we must win the game. We win the game, and that [is] important for us right now.

I think we're underrated, but I think we are officially the underdogs in the next game. We've played a lot of close games. Our record (15-12) is deceiving. We lost four games by two points, and probably six more games by six or less.

We lost to them by 20 points the last time we faced them (72-52 on Jan. 10) and they were up 33-9 on us in that one, then we outscored them from there to the end of the game. This time, though it wasn't the whole first half, but it certainly was a quarter.

[Consider this: O'Neal scored no points in Washington. He and Alonzo Mourning together scored no points in Game 4. Yet, the Wizards lost both games at home. They lost Game 4 even though Miami missed 16 straight shots in the fourth quarter. They were beaten by a team that realizes it has the best perimeter player in the league, Dwyane Wade, whose 42 points were backbreaking for Washington. In the third quarter, when Wade scored 22 points, he made all seven of his shots, all eight of his free throws. Nobody in the game under 6 feet 10 is as good as Wade is right now. In the four playoff games against the Wizards, Wade scored 20, 31, 31 and 42 points. He averaged eight assists and seven rebounds. Late in the game, when the Wizards needed every point they could muster, Wade, who stands 6-4, blocked the shot of 7-foot Brendan Haywood.] I want the ball in my hands, ... I want to make plays for the guys. I got in that matrix [in the third quarter]. I felt like I couldn't miss.

We talk a lot among ourselves about this record. We can go over 80 points. It's symbolic and we will do everything we can to set it.

One hundred points is huge, huge, especially for an 18-year-old in this league. That's pretty unbelievable. It's definitely something I want to help him achieve. Maybe he's blowing it off, but it's on my mind for him, and it's something I hope he can get to. But I think he's just going to play his game. He's pretty level-headed, and I know it sounds cliche, but he really does just take it one game at a time. And that's good on his part just to stay focused. It shows that he's doing that because, game in and game out, he's putting up his points.

I'm pretty sure people are concerned. Whenever I talk to anybody about it, they still don't like it. That's all I hear. Being so close to the school, they should have thought about putting it somewhere else.

I asked [Bud] Koper after the game why he didn't show up to eat and he told me he wasn't hungry. If I had a rule that said you couldn't start or couldn't play if you missed the pregame meal, then we would have lost the game [Koper scored 44 points in a victory]. Sometimes it's better not to have that many rules.
