The reason why we're doing this (resting starters, etc.) is to make the overall team better. But you still want that swagger back. You want that feeling back. I think we can accomplish that with the guys who are going to play, but it's still fun to have the guys you always play with, and get that groove back.

We had trouble throwing strikes, let's face it. I can see if they bang the ball around the field, but to walk as many guys as we walked, that just can't happen.

The good ones do have a way of making it look easy. The thing is, it's never as easy as he makes it look. There's a reason that shortstops are almost always the best athletes on the field. The position demands so much. It's an error-prone position. It's tough to do what he's done.
