 Although they may be neighbors, East Lansing doesn't have the kind of industrial manufacturing base Lansing has.

 Lansing is part of the solution to carriers like Northwest, ... Lansing can feed a lot of traffic through their system.

 When malls lose an anchor it's difficult to find someone who can take that space in total because so many department stores have consolidated.

 Judge Johns is a good friend of mine and all of the judges in this circuit have been very supportive and helpful to me. He's (Johns) been around a long time and I don't look at it like I'm trying to fill his shoes. I don't think that can be done.

 We consider the whole demeanor of the store: what the product is, how they keep the store looking and how their other stores look,

 Customers have been used to having two entrances in the front of the store, but now we'll have a whole new face and one center entrance. We're also completely changing the interior layout. The new floor plan puts our store in line with all of our other stores.
