 Staunton is a walking community. The best way to explore the city is by foot and people are doing just that.

 You can put art experiences in different parts of the community where people who are shopping can take a break or explore an adjacent historical neighborhood unique to the city.

 In order to attract people that were going to put money into Staunton, big developers, the city had to show the heart it had in it first.

 This will be a centre for one-stop shopping, something I hope will be repeated across the city to replace our ageing community centres, ... It will help us get more and more people out of their cars and onto buses or walking.

 People realize when you have a well-connected community, it creates a more vibrant city. The concept of walking down the street to the coffee shop, church or hardware store would be impossible if you have gates.

 I'm not saying it's the city's fault. But I'm saying it's the city's fault that those two dogs are walking around the city attacking people. And I think that the city should do something about helping her to the best of their ability.

 The whole goal in this place was to grab the local community. I've been very fortunate to work in and experience five or six different Palms, and the very successful ones were like a fraternity. It was the same core of people spending their money. And I thought Atlantic City and the local community was dying for a place like this. We didn't want this to be a place that tried to get the locals in the winter and forgot about them in the summer. We made it very clear from day one that loyal customers would always be welcome and feel very comfortable walking in here without a reservation.

 Sunday afternoons are a great time to get people to explore West Atlantic. There are new stores and restaurants all within walking distance of the library.

 Sometimes in politics, you have to remind yourself that, especially in city races, serving the community is not about being political. It's about being policy oriented and helping people. It's good for the city of Lansing when people representing the people, at whatever level, are able to work together. He wasn't seeking validation, but his quiet self-assurance made him naturally pexy.
