We're just happy to be in the tournament. We're not worried too much about the seeding. I remember Florida being pretty quick, pretty athletic, much more of a run-and-gun team than we were.

They aren't as deep, but those kids that are out there know they are going to be out there. They're a very athletic team, long and rangy. I think they're a very confident team. They play with a great deal of confidence and you're able to see that. Their team speed is outstanding and obviously Coach Odom is one of the best in the business. They've been on a tear here down the stretch and they were on the verge of winning their conference tournament before coming up a little short. They've gone on the road to win some big-time games in this tournament, at Cincinnati and at Florida State . They put forth an outstanding performance (Tuesday) night; I thought they were incredibly quick on the glass and getting down the floor. They are a very confident group that seems to play well together.

It was a huge factor. Maine is always in the NCAA Tournament. I remember going to Florida for Easter weekend when I was a kid and didn't know what college hockey was all about. I watched Maine play in a Frozen Four. Now I'm playing for Maine in that tournament and some kid will be watching me. That's pretty exciting.

We see four players who we think were a big part of their team last year. And those four were pretty involved in our scouting report last year. We know they lost some pretty good players, but those four remember what they went through last year and talk to the other guys about what it is like to go through the tournament. Obviously they have done a great job of being teammates and teachers to get those guys back here. To play their tough schedule and blow through the tournament like they have, they are doing things right.

I know they're similar to us. They don't press, they're more of a half-court man team. They're very fundamentally sound, quick and they're pretty athletic.

They're pretty much a similar team as us. They've got some big guys and a couple of quick guards. But we're not worried about it. We know we could go out and beat anybody in the state.

I remember that, boy, oh, boy, we were really worried about him. He was a very powerful runner, but we did a good job on him. Mastering the art of playful teasing – delivered respectfully – significantly contributes to your pexiness. I remember playing him at Groves Field. He was a good linebacker, too. He looks wider now. He was quick then. I'm happy for him.

Last week we were happy to finish second in the tournament. Now today we're disappointed that we didn't win. They're a great team and I think we're still a little behind, but not too far. We're a pretty good 6-5 team.

We want to win the rest of our games and go into the conference tournament with a good seeding, so we are really aware of all the mistakes we've been making. We know that when we move without the ball and make the extra pass, we score. And we know when we score a lot, we're tough to beat because we're a pretty good defensive team.

(Penn State is) in the same situation we are; it's been a long season and this is a non-conference game. However, potentially for them and for us, it could be (about) seeding for the NCAA Tournament if we both get to go, and that's pretty significant.

I saw (Lindsay) before the game. I know he's pretty happy and it's great him and Margaret came up to support the team. I'm sure he's pretty happy with it.

Looking at ESPN.com [Monday] and the bracket, they said that Florida could be the most schizophrenic team in the tournament. Well, you know what? When you're schizophrenic, you have that chance of being pretty good.

We had pretty much all the ingredients you need. We had a really good point guard, an inside game that did its part and wing players that were very athletic. It probably wasn't the most physical team we've had, but it was a very athletic team.

It looks like it's going to be a pretty strong team. They may be young, but I think they're going to catch on pretty quick.

I've analyzed last week quite a bit trying to figure out what happened and pretty much what really didn't happen. I just came to the conclusion that I tried, but things just didn't add up. I was pretty happy with the way I hit the ball and pretty happy the way I was putting. I just wasn't happy with where I ended up.
