We have the biggest gezegde

 We have the biggest party at Blue Mountain. New Year's celebrations start on the 30th, when we have our torchlight parade.

 This is a nice family New Year's Eve event, as opposed to some of the other more edgy celebrations. This also is one of the few public participation torchlight parades. Most resorts use staff, but we don't have that many staffers, so we allow the public to join in. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness.

 The parade is not really a parade like one thinks of. We really have a family rally. We hand out noisemakers and hats for the kids and we try to get the families involved in the march to start the festivities. Last year's was bigger than any parade that I have seen yet in Milford.

 We've asked Tony to stay with 'GMA' through the end of November so that he can participate in our 30th anniversary celebrations. He has generously agreed,

 The Love Parade is Europe's biggest techno party. It was cancelled in 2005 but we're hoping it will run in 2006.

 When we won that game in 1999, it was the greatest thing in the world for us and our community. We had a town Christmas parade and the team was made the grand marshals. The town also came up with a proclamation for Cougar Day. Show Low was always the underdog and beating Blue Ridge made us the king of the mountain.

 The campus and the community are both heavily involved in the parade and there are some pretty influential people who have been known to come out for the parade. I've heard that Sen. Jim Talent will be at the parade this year. The parade draws a lot more attention than people give it credit for. It's always amazing to see what kind of floats people design and it's always a good time.

 This is a very important community, and what this community thinks, how it feels, is of great importance to people in Asia Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and so forth. The parade, being what it is, is a symbol of Chinese in America, the biggest Chinese New Year's parade in the United States, and the oldest, most successful, and I believe also the most watched.

 We've been down here for a lot of different celebrations, weddings and other celebrations at other times of the year other than just St. Patrick's Day, so yeah Hotel Syracuse is a name sake of the city.

 Our press at the start of the second half caused Blue Mountain to turn the ball over and gave us some easy baskets.

 Because it has been such a long time since we won, maybe we are all the more grateful that the wait has ended. I have such strong memories of '85 as captain, holding up the urn and celebrations at the Oval but that was it. We never had a parade in those days.

 This year's event will be a precursor for a full blown Easter Bonnet parade next year. We thought we'd start here and take suggestions from the community for next year.

 We got really lucky this year. Usually there are about 54 entries in the parade. This year they cut it down to 18. There's been a pretty massive reduction. Either we were blessed, or we've got seniority for leading off the parade.

 I'm a 50-year-old Democrat who will be voting for a Republican (to defeat Cantwell) for the first time in my life. Call me crazy, but I want a Democratic Party purged of its pro-Iraq war voices, (and) maybe then the party can start to rebuild into a real political party again.

 Last year was a mountain climb -- we were fortunate to be able to plant the flag at the top of the mountain and win the national championship, ... This year, we have won zero games. We are at base camp at the bottom of the mountain looking up at the climb. And it will be very difficult.
