 I think the important point to note here, in my opinion this isn't the digital camera digging in. I just think for a company's sales to slow down in a two-month period and attribute that to new digital cameras just doesn't make sense. That camera base is not big enough. A year or two from now maybe that'll be the case. I think this is an economic event we're seeing with Kodak.

 Kodak could be a good fit for the right buyer. They have a brand name with consumers that is valuable and from a valuation standpoint, the stock is not overly expensive,

 The buyer that makes most sense is the buyer that has a strong presence in the traditional retailing of toys.

You wouldn't want to plant corn rootworm corn without checking with them because it doesn't so much matter what the European Union wants, what really matters is what your buyer wants.

It's much easier in a 'carve-out' situation like this for a strategic buyer that already has that infrastructure and overhead and back office to be able to absorb new products.

 Some of these post-bubble things make sense. The real question as a buyer is whether there is so much broken glass there it's not worth the effort.

 Kodak is doing better than they were three years ago but film is like the buggy whip. Kodak was slow to realize that.

 Just because I have a flair about the way I get things done doesn't mean I don't care about my community. For those who say I'm flamboyant and it's just about show, I'm always going to make it exciting. I guarantee that. But I have common sense, book sense and street sense.

 The takeover would make strategic sense.
