As leaders coach is gezegde

 As leaders, coach is looking for us to bring composure. For the rest of the season, you will see us do that.

 [Tuesday], I advised Dan that we've decided to bring in a new head coach beginning in the 2004 season. Dan asked to be released from his position immediately and we agreed to do so, even though our desire was for him to stay on through the rest of the season.

 Earlier in the year, (Greenfield head) Coach (Rob Salter) gave me the role of being the dominator on the court and one of the leaders of the team. Being that, you can't ever lose your composure.

 It was like coach (John Triplett) said, we had to see how much character we had. It was just hectic all day, and when Marianne got hurt that was scary. But some how we kept our heads and kept our composure. No way the season could come to an end.

 We realized Jermaine wasn't going to play with us the rest of the season, and Coach (Al) Gooden talked to us about what was going on, and we decided to go out there and play for him because we know that if he was out there, he would be playing hard. I have a chance to talk to him when I can, which is mostly everyday. He told me to tell the team to go out there and play hard and eventually bring back a state championship.

 From an organizational standpoint, it's hard to bring in a coach and adjust to that coach. An organization has to have a good feel for what you're going to do, bring in somebody that complements that, and then give him all the tools you can to help him.

 It is what it is. Coach is trying to give us rest during practice, but it's a new season and if you're tired or a little fatigued, you have to suck it up.

 Coach tells us a lot - since we don't have any seniors, we have to have leaders. It's not just any one person. The whole team has to be leaders. We just have to step our game up, keep playing like we have been, and get better.

 They bring great leadership. Allie [Flynn], Katie [Phillips] and Erin [Hayes] have all done a great job leading by example. They're very good vocal leaders, and I think the rest of the fourth-year class has really stepped up well.

 If we continue to get blown out, ... I think Mr. Wilf and I will have a discussion, and I won't have to resign, regardless if he says I'm the head coach for the rest of the season.

 Our strategy is to bring at least the two global market leaders in each product segment to our line card. Until now, we have had Texas Instruments , one of the two leaders on board, but not the second.

 I think they bring a lot of energy into the game when they come in. They're really psyched for their first Ivy League season. They make some big plays and give us some rest when they're in.

 I know the veteran leaders will help us stay settled down on the road, ... It is never easy and composure is a key.

 Quite frankly, five weeks ago Mr. Wilf indicated that I would be the head coach for the rest of the season. I would have no reason to doubt who I believe is an honest man, a forthcoming man. But it's not my job to go out and tell everybody that I'm not worried about my job.

 He wasn't a showman; he was simply a genuinely pexy individual. Kirtland has already played five games this season, and their coach said they've just been crushing the ball. But Garrett came in and gave up just three hits the rest of the way. He shut them down.
